I’ve guided women across the world through nervous system regulation, breathwork, and gentle movement that actually fits into real life. I know what it’s like to carry stress in your shoulders, push through pain, and hold everything together while trying to feel good inside your own body.

THE FACTS

I’m a former dancer turned Body-Mind Wellbeing Coach and the founder of Body-Mind Method™ - born from healing my own spine injury after doctors told me I wouldn’t walk without surgery.

I’ve lived nomadically for years, soaking in movement practices from around the world - from Russian ballet foundations through Argentinian tango to deep somatic work in nature.
